Is wireless charging dangerous

The world of technology is changing by every passing second. There are different gadgets and devices launched in the market everyday, each for a specific purpose. Similarly, new mobile phones and their accessories come in the market. Some of these products are eye opening, just like the revolutionizing wirelesscharger.

Wireless charging has entered our lives all of a sudden. There are different companies competing to cut down the wires and provide high quality, easy, and safe charging to your devices, whether they are mobile phones, smart watches, laptops or even electric cars. But how does wireless charging, where you do not have to plug in your phone, works?

Well, Nicholas Tesla, a scientist, set the basis of this type of power transfer back in the 19th century when he was trying to pass electricity through the air. The mechanism is simple. Use electromagnetic fields to pass current in a specific range. Current is paased through the induction coil which is fitted in the charging pad. The charging pad is the main device responsible for transferring current to your device. As the current passes through the coil, it creates an electric field. When you put your mobile phone in a near distance to the charging pad, the electric field of your mobile battery comes in contact to that of the charging pad. This enables the pad to transfer energy ( current) to your device. This is how a basic wireless charger works.
